Introduction to the Supfix Base and its Functions

In this video you will learn everything about the Supfix Base and its versatile applications:

A Supfix set consists of a chair, a front base and a rear base, each containing a fiberglass rod. The Supfix set is prepared for all future extensions.

1. Universal belt system:

• The Supfix Base is compatible with hard and inflatable boards.

• The strap is inserted through a guide into the base and then tightened with a ratchet. We currently cover a board width of 70-90 cm using two strap variants.

2. Connection options:

• Each base has a fiberglass rod that can be extended to connect to the base of an adjacent board. Each base has a fiberglass rod.

• The fixation is achieved by two levers that are set from “Unlock” to “Lock”.

3. Advantages of Supfix Base:

• Easy to use: intuitive operation and quick setup.

Step 2: Assembling the Supfix Base and attaching the chair

1. Installation of the Supfix Base:

• The front and rear Supfix Base is securely attached to the board. It is secured with a strap that is tightened using a ratchet.

• The battery (part of the future, optional drive set) is effortlessly clicked in between the two bases.

3. Advantages of assembly:

• Fast: The entire process is completed in just a few steps.

• Intuitive: All components are user-friendly and easy to understand.

• Flexible and safe: The connection is very stable and the board is protected.

Step 3: Mounting the chair on the Supfix Base

1. Attaching the chair:

• The chair is fixed to the Supfix Base using the self-developed attachment points.

• Thanks to the locking points and the magnetic click system, the chair can be put on and taken off effortlessly.

2. Advantages of chair assembly:

• Fast: Installation takes just a few simple steps.

• Intuitive: The self-developed fastening points using a magnetic click system make handling particularly user-friendly.

• Safe: The chair sits securely and reliably on the base. If necessary, it can be removed in a few seconds and taken to the beach, for example.

With this uncomplicated assembly, the chair is ready for use in seconds and provides a comfortable seating option.

Step 4: Connecting the boards and completing the catamaran

1. Pull out the fiberglass rods:

Pull the fiberglass rods out of the front and rear bases until they audibly click into place.

2. First backup:

Fix the fiberglass rods with the lever by moving it to the “Close” position.

3. Connect second board:

Take the second board with the mounted subfix base and push the fiberglass rods into the opposite base of the other board. Make sure these connections click into place.

4. Final backup:

Secure these connections by moving the lever to “Close”.

5. Completion:

The catamaran is now fully assembled and ready for use.
